This is my reflection off water. I took it in the parking lot today after it rained a lot. The reflection is from the lamps and car lights in the parking lot.

This is my gameboard photo of Scrabble and I like how it's focused in the center and it blurs in the back. I also like the angle of it because I think it's cool and it shows the ground level of scrabble. 

This is my music photo. I like it because I like the contrast of turquoise colors and tan carpet. I also like how the string or the aux cord is framing the beats sign. It is also interesting that one of them is filded in and the other is straight out to show different angles. 

This is a post portrait of Sammy at the Big Sioux river in dells South Dakota. I like the coloring and that it isn't serious.

IThis is my owl projects with the oil pastels. I really like owls and I've always wanted to do one so I decided that this project would be really easy. I also like how the owl is turquoise and not brown like the branch. Hope you have a wonderful day!

Projects

This is my posterized picture. I don't why it looks like I have a mustache and a goatee but I think I kinda rock it. I like the contrast of the color. I probably should have used more layers to make it more detailed but I think it's recognizable.  

This is my wire mesh project. I love nature and butterfly's so I decided to do a butterfly. If I could do it again I would  put the paint on in a better design and make wire more detailed. I would also add some swirly designs.

This is my motion picture. It is my 2015 grad tassel. It was being blown by the air conditioning in my car. 

This is my something new photo. It is my courage from prom. I like how my hand and the background is blurred out and the flowers are clear and focused. 

This is my architecture from a unique angle. I like how it is in the corner and the worms eye view. Also, it is kinda a silhouette but not quite. 

Weaving

This is my weaving project made from dried paint. At first I was just going to leave it flat but then I glued it together to make a purse. 

Triptych

This is my triptych. I used three different mediums: oil pastels with baby oil, pencil shading, and colored pencils. I like how it goes from color to black and white back to color, and that the background is black and makes the flower more bolder. 

Shadow photo

This is the shadow of three dried out roses that I have in my room. I used my lamp to make a better shadow on the wall. 

Sport photo

This is my sports photo. To be honest I didn't have a sports photo and i couldn't make it to any basketball games cause I had to babysit. Because of this I took a photo of beau in art class with a random volleyball. This photo uses worms eye view. 

Famous painting and movie scene

This is a combination of a scene from home alone and then the scream. I chose this because it matches nicely and has a similar idea. I decided to do black and white and hen color to make the different scenes stand out more!

This is my photo for a visual story. Kaitlyn and I were baking cookies in our church kitchen and a put "lipstick" on her lips with frosting. I may have gotten a little carried away and this is the result. 

This is my winter in SD photo. I think this is a unique picture taken from a different angle. It shows how much snow there was and that it was fresh cause the tracks are extremely clear.

This is my recreate a magazine cover. Sammy is wearing a white shirt and has her blonde hair curled and down similar to the one in the actual magazine. She is attempting to make the same pose and she has on the same color of gold eyeshadow. 

Ceiling tile

This is my ceiling tile after 10 coats of paint. I couldn't decide what I wanted to do so I just kept painting over it until I found something I liked! Be colorful just reminds me to be who you are and have fun in life. 

Positive negative drawing

This is my positive negative drawing. It is a fish in a fish bowl with some fake seaweed. The seaweed and fish are not colored in but are left plain. The bowl is on a table with a picture hanging in the background.

This is my birds eye view photo! I like how the only object to focus on is the roll of paper towels. 

 

I used books for my leading lines photo. The binds of the books lead the eyes down to the next row of books. 

This is my winter photo after the snow this weekend!

This is my close up of an object. It is the mop in the corner of the art room. I like the abstractness of it. 

100 piece project!

This is my 100 piece project. I used 100 sheets of tin foil to create a flower, and there is also some paint. I originally started with a face in the center but didn't know what to do with it so I crushed it and created a flower instead.
